While we were in France, we had a visitor - Brian's friend Mark came to stay for a weekend. This shows Brian busy making pizza dough in preparation for Mark's arrival.

Mark is a keen enthusiast of medievil ruins and we were pleased to satisfy his life long desire to visit Carcassonne. It is an amazing town although like Lourdes, over-run with tourist shops. However, the inner chateau and battlements were superb. Unfortunately this is the only photo we took all day but if you want to see more, Brian bought the book !
